Days 1–7: website built on our stack with an admin dashboard for orders, stats, affiliates, and coupons. Days 7–14: payment processor and Meta ad accounts provisioned, store connected to fulfillment. Day 14: launch.

Through our parent agency's partner network we've secured private processing relationships that accept peptide brands with no prior revenue history. We keep the specific processors confidential to protect the whole network — if one is ever taken down, we have backups queued and swap you over immediately.

Yes — we can add you for full transparency. If you ever move on from our ads, we hand over the pixel so your data comes with you. The ad account itself stays with us since those are our accounts, but the pixel transfers seamlessly.

Recommended markup is 3–5x wholesale. Example: BPC-157 5mg costs $10 wholesale and sells for $50 — $40 gross profit per unit.

The end customer pays $9–$15 shipping at checkout, which is what we charge you — shipping breaks even, so it's neither a cost nor a profit center. Domestic delivery in 2–4 days.

USA-only for now. That keeps compliance tight and delivery windows short. International expansion is on the roadmap.

Two catalogs. The US catalog has 30+ peptides manufactured in California, third-party tested (VerifiedSciences, MDX Bio Labs), with no minimum order — this is the default for every new brand. The international catalog has 100+ SKUs sourced overseas and COA-tested, with a 100-unit MOQ; brands unlock this once they're doing serious volume.

Orders 1–50 ship on a sleek, clean, generic label. Once you cross roughly 50–100 orders — usually fast once ads are scaling — we roll out your fully custom-branded labels.

Everything — site, labels, ads, creatives — is positioned strictly for research purposes only. That's the FDA-recognized category for this space, and we enforce it end-to-end to protect your brand.

Nothing that implies human consumption. All copy, imagery, and creative stays in the research-use lane. We build the store this way by default and review anything you'd like to add.

You keep a small balance (a few hundred dollars to start) topped up in your Pepliful account. When an order comes in, we auto-deduct the wholesale cost and ship it out under your brand.

Orders sit pending until you top up — nothing is lost, but nothing ships until it's funded. We coach every new brand to seed $200–$500 pre-launch and set low-balance alerts. It's a rounding error once ads are live.

It covers ongoing fulfillment operations after launch. Month 1 is waived — the fee starts 30 days after you sign up.

You can launch on your existing LLC and bank — we just need a Director ID and incorporation docs to onboard. Once you scale we'll help you migrate to a dedicated entity and dedicated banking; switching processors on our end is quick and painless.

You buy the domain yourself. We recommend GoDaddy. Avoid Hostinger and Namecheap — they're a pain to work with. Once you have it, we connect it to your store.

Yes — $500/mo covers dedicated human support plus an AI chatbot on your site, and email flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase sequences up to 8 emails, and any additional flows you want) sent through Resend. It also covers ongoing site changes.

You get polished creative, audiences, and a playbook to keep running. Month 2+ ad management is an optional $2,000/mo retainer — take it or run ads yourself, your call.
